Mayfield is a creative home for independent makers — a calm, welcoming Abbotsford studio where you can keep making, learning and developing your ceramics practice at your own pace.
Studio Membership
$235 per month - no booking is required

- Reduced member firing rates - $10 per kilo flat rate
- Online ordering for clay, tools and studio supplies

- Community talks, demonstrations and studio gatherings
Clay, firing and additional materials are charged separately. Membership numbers are limited to 25 maximum so the studio remains calm, spacious and supportive.
Before You Join
By purchasing a Mayfield Studios membership, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the Mayfield Studios Membership Handbook .
Membership is for independent studio use. Members are responsible for their own work, materials and safety while using the studio.
Casual Drop-In Access
$15 per hour · maximum $70 per day - no booking is required
Instruction is not included. Clay, glazes, firing and materials are charged separately. If the studio is busy, members receive priority access to wheels and workspaces.

The studio is currently open for member and casual access (without booking) and NDIS users (booking required) during the following hours:
Members and casual users may attend at any time during these hours. If you're visiting for the first time, we recommend getting in touch beforehand so we can help you find your feet.
NDIS Studio Access - booking IS required
Mayfield welcomes NDIS participants who would like independent access to a calm and creative ceramics studio environment.
Participants are welcome to attend independently or with their own support worker. We are happy to invoice NDIS participants where appropriate.
